Steps for completing the online HIPAA training are as follows:

• Go to http://www.usd.edu/cme/non-faculty-online-persona-creation.cfm and enroll (if you enroll during business hours you should receive your user name and password right away; however, if you enroll after business hours you should expect your user name and password as soon as business hours resume.);

• You will receive a confirmation email with your user name and password, along with instructions to complete the 7 minute online HIPAA training course;

• Log in and complete the HIPAA training per instructions received in your confirmation email above;

• Print your certificate of completion of the HIPAA training course;

• When you register for a Scrubs Camp, attach a copy of your certificate to your Scrubs Camp registration form.
